Leads from Meta and TikTok lead ads

Businesses that run lead generation ads with Instant Forms on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok can deliver those leads to Syntony without manual export:

  • The business clicks “Connect TikTok” or “Connect Facebook” in its Syntony CRM and signs in with the official TikTok or Facebook authorization screen.
  • It chooses its own ad account or Page and the Instant Forms whose leads should arrive in the CRM.
  • Syntony subscribes to lead webhooks for those forms only. Every new lead is delivered to the business's CRM pipeline within seconds, so its team can call or message the person quickly.
  • We only read leads of the accounts the business connected. We do not create, edit or pause ads, and we do not sell or share advertising data with third parties.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) on our servers and never shown in the browser. Disconnecting removes the subscription; data is deleted on request.
